1. ONLINE CONDUCT

    a. Any act by you that restricts or interferes with any other member's enjoyment of Daddylive.com is not permitted and may result in the closing of your account and/or being banned from our site. This includes chat rooms as well as forums.

    b. Respect for other users and especially our chat hosts is mandatory. Any slandering, insulting, threatening or any other offensive act towards any of our performers will get your account cancelled immediately with no chance of re-activation. Daddylive.com has a zero tolerance policy towards acts like this and if necessary will involve local law enforcement and prosecute any threats towards our chathosts and/or other Daddylive.com members. It's simple; use your common sense and be a friendly member of our community. If at anytime you have a problem with a performer or another member, please report them to the webmasters and let us deal with them. Examples of behavior that constitute a report to the webmasters which may have your account terminated are as follows.

  • Offensive Language. Using hateful, degrading, or abusive language towards one of our performers or another Daddylive.com member (outside of consenting role play) is prohibited.

  • Harassment. If you attempt to cause distress, embarrassment or discomfort to another member or performer, we will consider this harassment and may result in the closing of your account.

  • Impersonation. Any attempt to portray another person such as a performer or Daddylive.com Official or the name of another person such as a celebrity or professional athlete (outside of consented role play) is strictly prohibited and may result in the closing of your account.

  • Advertising. Do not advertise in our chat rooms, or forums. Unwanted advertising in an attempt to gain profit, status or any other recognition especially within a performer's chartroom is a definite no no!

  • Recruiting. Do not discuss or offer any personal or professional photo or video opportunities for your personal or professional use, website or other. Do not discuss any opportunity on our website that a competing company may offer our members or performers. Any mention or request of anything even close to this nature will have you BANNED from our website.

  • Obscene Fantasies. While Daddylive.com will not judge anyone for their sexual interests, laws are in place in North America that prevent us from allowing any discussion on our website that may directly state or imply one's interest in the following:

    Child pornography, Incest, Underage Sex, Bestiality, Sado-Masochism, Bondage & Discipline, Rape, Sex with Minors, Watersports, Scatophilia, Coprophilia, Klismaphilia, Sadism & Masochism, Urophilia.

    • Any discussion, comment, exchange of information, hyperlinks, or any other element that refers to any subject stated above, will result in immediate termination of the account.

  • Freebies.While you are given daily amounts of free video chat time with your free Daddylive.com membership, DO NOT use it to beg our performers to talk dirty, or display themselves nude in anyway. Free video chat is intended for non-adult orientated chat and discussion. If you want to talk about fantasies, or ask one of our Daddy Live to remove her clothes and perform sexually for you, then please purchase VIP chat time. Accounts that never buy VIP time but use our free offers more then often will eventually be removed from our system. Regular VIP purchasers receive perks such as free minutes and other gifts.

2. FRAUD

  • No Fraud Part 1: When you purchase chat time, fill out all fields in full, accurately. Doing so will insure your continued access to our site, good faith on your part, and email invitations to special offers and events. Failure to do so will result in termination of your account (s) and privileges without warning.
  • No Fraud Part 2: Do not "Charge back" any sales. If you had problems with your connection during a group or a VIP chat, or were otherwise dissatisfied, contact Customer Support and someone will help you. Charge backs will hurt your credit, and ability to make additional purchases here and at other websites in the future.

3. YOUR ACCOUNT

    a. To become an active participant on Daddylive.com you must prove you are not a minor upon registration. While we collect credit card information to verify your age, WE WILL NOT CHARGE YOU CREDIT CARD with your free Daddylive.com registration; which allows you to chat with performers on the free chat 5 minutes a day.

    b. When creating your account, you will enter a password to be used in association with that account. Daddylive.com performers or support assistants will NEVER make an online request for your password, if you receive one please report it immediately! We will never request your password by email or any other way.

    c. When creating your account you will create a unique member name that you will be known by on the Daddylive.com website. Be responsible when doing this as inappropriate member names will be removed from our system.
